Why do my emails go to the spam folder?
There can be many reasons such as incorrect or missing SPF record, unsigned DKIM, aggressive content filters, and IP history. We first identify the root problems by analyzing your DNS and sending infrastructure.
I have multiple domains, should I manage records separately for all of them?
Yes, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC must be defined separately for each domain. However, it is possible to simplify this with a centralized structure and well-designed records; at this point, we design the architecture together.
I use on-prem Exchange, do I have to switch to M365?
You don't have to. We evaluate hybrid scenarios or completely moving to M365 alternatives with you in terms of technical and cost aspects. We choose the most suitable way and design a planned transition.
I use Microsoft 365, do I still need mail backup?
M365 ensures service continuity; however, an independent backup solution is recommended for legal retention, accidental deletion, or user errors. In this context, we include BaaS / mail backup solutions in the project.
