Maintenance Agreements & Technical Support

How We Work

We design the maintenance agreement process together

Every organization has a different number of users, location structure and critical systems. That's why, instead of ready-made packages, we build a maintenance model tailored to your needs from day one.

01

Initial Meeting & Discovery

We listen to your workflow, existing IT team, location and user structure.

02

Infrastructure Analysis

We technically analyze the components on the server, network, security and user sides.

03

Scope & SLA Design

We define which systems will receive support, through which channel and within what timeframes.

04

Contract & Deployment

We finalize the maintenance agreement and activate the ticket system, monitoring and communication channels.

05

Operations & Improvement

We manage incoming requests, identify recurring issues and develop permanent solutions.

06

Monthly Reporting

Ticket counts, response times and completed activities are shared through summary reports.

07

Management Meetings

We meet with management at regular intervals to discuss risks and recommendations.

08

Continuous Improvement

As the infrastructure grows, we review the scope and SLAs together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about maintenance agreements

We have compiled the most frequently asked questions before entering into a maintenance agreement below.

What is the difference between a maintenance agreement and call-based support?
In a call-based model, a separate quotation, approval and invoicing process is required for each intervention. With a maintenance agreement, the scope and price are defined in advance; while you focus on your business, we manage the IT operations. Proactive monitoring and periodic maintenance activities are also included.
How are your working hours and SLAs defined?
Our standard model covers weekday business hours, while optional 24/7 monitoring and intervention options are available for critical systems. Response and resolution times are determined together in the SLA document and added to the contract.
Can you work together with our existing IT team?
Yes. Rather than replacing your existing IT team, we prefer to work alongside them. We can take on operational tasks and areas requiring specialized expertise, allowing your team to focus on higher-value activities.
Which systems are included in the maintenance agreement?
We can include Active Directory, file servers, backup systems, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Microsoft 365, antivirus and many similar components. The detailed scope is defined during the discovery meeting.
Is pricing based on the number of users or the infrastructure?
We generally use a hybrid model based on the number of users, number of locations and infrastructure complexity. This provides both predictable and organization-specific pricing.

Shall we take over your IT operations with confidence?

Let's evaluate your current situation together and design the most suitable maintenance agreement model for you.
